Neil is a member of the Institute of Management Services and has degrees in Public Administration and Human Resource Management. Since graduating he has worked in office systems, business process improvement, project management, programme management and performance measurement and improvement. In addition, Neil has also gained expertise in the field of data protection and business contingency planning. His experience has included working in a variety of differing environments which has spanned a number of organisations in both the secondary and tertiary sectors of the economy, including snackfood manufacturing and distribution, local government, central government, pharmaceuticals, financial services and most recently health services.
