Roger Edgell, who retired in June 2006, had worked for the National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS) since May 1997. His work has embraced all facets of Strategic Business Planning, Performance and Review, having gained a wealth of experience in business improvement disciplines with approaching forty years experience in Local Government, Industry and Financial Services. During this time Roger has overseen significant efficiency gains in all sectors of employment, has managed a direct labour force in Local Government, in accord with Compulsory Competitive Tendering (CCT) and has also managed the realignment of a total customer base in Financial Services in tandem with a company 'closed book' policy.
Roger lives in Andover with his wife Pam and his hobbies include Chelsea Football Club, golf, and sixties instrumental rock music. He is at his most relaxed on Continental Holidays with his family.
