What is it ?
This is an approach that involves both considerable and significant change.
It calls for the abandonment of existing structures and thinking.
At its most extreme it means re creating the business with new rules, new thinking and new technologies.
- The changes involved will be based on three principles:
- Elimination of fragmented tasks and processes and a focus on whole end to end processes
- Utilisation of breakthrough technology to achieve business objectives
- Elimination of the existing hierarchy and empowering the team or individual who are
performing the process to make decisions.
